There are a lot of mediocre children’s books out there. We’ve enjoyed these ones over the years, and found them to be enjoyed by our littles and we don’t get tired of them either! We’ve selected a few to recommend to you, to make your job of filtering through the slop of boring or woke board books a little easier.
Little Blue Truck (and its sequels) is a really fun one to read. Ben made up his own tune in the style of Johnny Cash to read it to the kiddos. We never got tired of reading this one.

This is a delightful picture book. It is a bit of search and find. As you can see in the photo, Ben remembers looking for Gold Bug with his Grandma Christie. A timeless book.
